Job Summary

The Admin & HR Manager at Number Seven Solutions Ltd. will lead the Human Resource and Administrative functions of the company, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and employee well-being. In addition to overseeing internal HR and admin responsibilities, the Manager will actively collaborate with clients’ HR and administrative teams during software implementation projects (e.g., for retail, schools, or pharmacy clients). This cross-functional engagement ensures alignment between our deployment team and the client's support departments, contributing to seamless service delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Work Type: Full-time

Work Location: Spintex Road, Accra

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce company HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labour regulations.
  • Supervise employee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate staff training and learning development initiatives in line with monthly KPIs.
  • Oversee administrative operations including procurement, office logistics, and vendor management.
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records, payroll support data, and compliance documentation.
  • Lead employee relations, welfare programs, leave management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Participate in external software project implementations by liaising with clients’ HR/Admin teams to align communication, policy integration, staff onboarding, and workflow support.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to support project readiness and delivery from an administrative and HR standpoint.
  • Serve as a key resource in change management during new client onboarding or implementation transitions.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., IHRMP, CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and administrative leadership, preferably in a technology, consulting, or service-driven company.
  • Strong working knowledge of Ghana Labour Law and HR compliance standards.
  • Experience supporting change management or participating in external projects is an advantage.
