Job Summary
The Admin Officer provides critical administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations at Number Seven Solutions Ltd. The role includes office management, inventory tracking, document handling, and supporting procurement processes. The Admin Officer also plays a supportive role in external client projects by liaising with client-side administrative teams to coordinate logistics, documentation, and resource readiness during software implementation engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Maintain updated records of administrative expenses and office supplies.
- Assist the Admin Manager in procurement activities, including vendor follow-ups and order processing.
- Support recruitment logistics, onboarding processes, and staff record-keeping.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event arrangements for staff and visiting partners.
- Maintain accurate databases for internal and project-based administrative tasks.
- Liaise with clients’ administrative departments during software implementation to ensure resource availability, access, and communication flow.
- Provide administrative support during internal and external meetings, training sessions, and project deployments.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, preferably within a service-based or tech-oriented business.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in client-facing administrative support is an added advantage.
