Job Summary
The ERP Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP implementation projects for clients, primarily using Odoo and Dolibarr platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between technical teams, client stakeholders, and internal departments (HR/Admin, Finance, IT, Customer Experience), ensuring smooth deployment of ERP systems tailored to specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
- Lead end-to-end coordination of ERP projects—from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Schedule and lead project meetings, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on progress and deliverables.
Client & Internal Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
- Conduct client needs analysis and translate business processes into ERP modules.
- Coordinate input and collaboration across departments like HR, IT, and Finance to align ERP features with actual business operations.
Implementation Oversight:
- Oversee the configuration, customization, testing, and rollout of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve bugs and ensure system functionality.
- Ensure proper data migration and system integration where applicable.
Training & Support:
- Organize and deliver user training sessions to ensure client adoption of the ERP system.
- Provide post-implementation support and collect feedback for system refinement.
- Prepare documentation and user manuals for client reference.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience coordinating ERP projects or software implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo and/or Dolibarr ERP systems is required.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
- Experience with software like Microsoft Project, Trello, or ClickUp is a plus.
