Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Personnel will serve as the field representatives of the company, directly engaging with potential and existing clients to promote and sell our products and services. This role is focused on building relationships, increasing brand visibility, collecting customer feedback, and closing sales on the ground. They will play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face interactions, demonstrations, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales and Client Engagement
- Visit businesses, organizations, and individual prospects to promote and sell the company's offerings.
- Conduct live product demonstrations, including all goods and services of the company.
- Gather client requirements and provide accurate feedback to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Lead Generation and Follow-up
- Generate leads through fieldwork, community engagement, and participation in business associations.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain a log of prospects, contacts made, and outcomes for regular reporting.
Marketing and Promotion
- Distribute flyers, posters, and other promotional materials in target locations.
- Represent the company at local events, exhibitions, trade shows, and community forums.
- Support in-market activation campaigns and street promotions.
Customer Feedback and Market Research
- Collect customer and prospect feedback on pricing, product features, and service experience.
- Report market trends, competitor activities, and client concerns to guide strategy adjustments.
Target Achievement and Reporting
- Work with the Sales and Marketing Executive to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Submit daily or weekly field activity reports and sales performance updates.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience and IT departments to schedule demos, installations, and support.
- Assist the marketing team in identifying new areas for campaigns and outreach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of an HND or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field sales or outdoor marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Must be energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
