Job Summary

The Digital Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to attract and convert leads, drive online brand awareness, and support direct sales activities. This is a hybrid role that combines creative marketing with performance-driven digital sales initiatives.

Work Type: Full-time

Work Location: Spintex Road, Accra

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales Duties

  • Identify and convert leads through digital platforms (social media, website, email, etc.).
  • Manage online inquiries and follow up with potential customers using live chat, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  • Promote and sell the company’s services (e.g., websites, ERP, software, IT services, hosting).
  • Maintain a digital customer database and track interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide weekly reports on digital sales efforts and conversions.

🔹 Marketing Duties

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars and campaigns.
  • Design and run ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Work with the design team to create engaging visuals, videos, and promo materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing dashboards.
  • Increase website and landing page traffic via SEO, blogging, and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree/HND in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or online sales role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Understanding of SEO, basic graphic design, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.
  • Sales-minded with a drive to meet targets and engage with prospects professionally.
